Sangok-ri
Sangok-ri (상옥리) is a small village (''ri (administrative division), ri'') in Pohang City District, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, South Korea. Sangok-ri is located deep in the mountains north of Pohang near Neyeon Mountain. The village is divided into two wards, Sangok and Haok. Sangok-ri's population is 553. Sangok-ri has many trees and mountain streams. Sangok-ri has Gyeongsangbuk-do Arboretum. Gyeongsangbuk-do Arboretum is the largest botanical garden in Asia, some 3,222ha, containing 179,226 plants from 1,510 different species. The Arboretum shows many beautiful trees, flowers and has clean air. Culture Sangok-ri has very beautiful countryside. Sangok-ri has two festivals each year. There is Sangok's Tomato Festival and the Ice Sled Festival. Around 20,000 people came to the Ice Sled Festival in February 2012. Pohang
Pohang (; ), formerly spelled Po-Hang, is the largest city in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea, with a List of cities in South Korea, population of 499,363 as of 2022, bordering the Sea of Japan, East Sea to the east, Yeongcheon to the west, Gyeongju to the south, and Cheongsong and Yeongdeok to the north. The city has food, textile, and metal industries. Agricultural products such as grapes, persimmons and garlic chives are abundant, and the city's proximity to the Sea of Japan, East Sea has led to the development of a fishing industry. Ri (administrative Division)

Gyeongsangbuk-do
North Gyeongsang Province (, ) is a province in eastern South Korea, and with an area of , it is the largest province in the Korean peninsula. The province was formed in 1896 from the northern half of the former Gyeongsang province, and remained a province of Korea (as Keishōhoku-dō during Japanese rule) until the country's division in 1945, then became part of South Korea. Taekkyeon
Taekkyon (; ), also spelled Taekkyeon, Taekgyeon, or Taekyun, is a traditional Korean martial arts, Korean martial art. It is characterized by fluid, dynamic foot movement called ''pumbalki'', or "stepping-on-triangles". Taekkyon includes hands and feet techniques to unbalance, trip, or throw the opponent. Taekkyon has many leg and whole-body techniques with fully integrated armwork. A taekkyon practitioner is called a "''taekkyon-kkun''". Since the twentieth century, taekkyon has come to be seen as a living link to Korea's past. As such, it has provided historical references for modern Korean martial arts and is often considered as the oldest martial discipline of Korea. Daegu
Daegu (; ), formerly spelled Taegu and officially Daegu Metropolitan City (), is a city in southeastern South Korea.
