Roy Robertson-Harris
Roy Robertson-Harris (born July 23, 1993) is an American football defensive end for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at UTEP. Robertson-Harris has also played for the Chicago Bears. Professional career Chicago Bears After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, Robertson-Harris signed with the Chicago Bears on May 9, 2016. On August 30, 2016, he was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list, where he spent his entire rookie season. In 2017, Robertson-Harris appeared in 13 games, registering 13 tackles, two sacks, and a pass deflection. The following year, he played in every game as he recorded 20 tackles, three sacks and three tackles for loss. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. Non-football Illness
Non-football injury and non-football illness (NFI) are roster designations used in the National Football League (NFL) for players who are unable to practice as a result of conditions unrelated to football, or injuries that did not occur during NFL games or practices. They are similar to the physically unable to perform and injured reserve lists. Active/NFI Players who report to training camp injured or ill due to injuries or illnesses sustained outside of NFL practices or games can be placed on the active/non-football injury or active/non-football illness lists while they recover. A player cannot remain on an NFI list if they participate in a practice or game during the preseason. The injured reserve list ( IR list) is a designation used in North American professional sports leagues for athletes who suffer injuries and become unable to play. The exact name of the list varies by league; it is known as "injured reserve" in the National Football League (NFL) and National Hockey League (NHL), the "injured list" in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the injured list (historically known as the "disabled list") in Major League Baseball (MLB). The National Basketball Association (NBA) does not have a direct analog to an injured reserve list, instead using a more general-purpose "inactive list" that does not require a player to be injured.
