Romano Puppo
Romano Puppo (25 March 1933 – 11 May 1994) was an Italian stuntman and actor. Life and career Born in Rome, Puppo debuted in 1961 in the Mauro Bolognini's drama '' Careless'', and after a number of very minor roles he soon became a regular of Italian genre cinema in roles of henchmen and villains. Mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns and Poliziotteschi films, he was also cast as the Paolo Villaggio's antagonist in a number of comedies. He was hired as Lee Van Cleef's stuntman and double stand-in by director Gianfranco Parolini for his ''Sabata'' trilogy, and was one of his pallbearers in 1989. He served as his stuntman in a number of films including '' Sabata'' (1969), ''Commandos'' (1968) along Giampiero Albertini, and ''The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'' (1966) along Benito Stefanelli. Benito Stefanelli
Benito Stefanelli (2 September 1928 – 18 December 1999) was an Italian film actor, stuntman and weapons master who made over 60 appearances in film between 1955 and 1991. Biography and career Stefanelli is best known in world cinema for his roles as henchmen in several of Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Western films, portraying gang members in the trilogy of films ''A Fistful of Dollars'' (1964), ''For a Few Dollars More'' (1965), and ''The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'' (1966). He played the town drunk in ''Wanted'' (1967) starring Giuliano Gemma and Serge Marquand. In his career, Stefanelli appeared in countless other western films and he worked simultaneously as a stunt coordinator (particularly during the 1960s and early 1970s) on the films that he performed in including those of Sergio Leone. ''Rita of the West'' ( it, Little Rita nel West, also known as ''Crazy Westerners''), is a 1967 Italian "musicarello"- Spaghetti Western film directed by Ferdinando Baldi. Plot Little Rita is a traveling fun fighter, the "bestest in the West", who is helping the Native American chief Silly Bull with his goal to gather and destroy the white man's gold, which has ruined the world. To do this she has run-ins with parodies of popular western characters, including Django and Ringo. She is captured by Mexican bandit Sancho and his men, who want the secret to where the gold is being hidden (in a cave near the Native American village).
