Rodrigo Tavares
Rodrigo Tavares (26 December 1978) is a Portuguese-born academic, finance professional, and public administrator. Previously, he was Head of Foreign Affairs of the São Paulo state government. Biography He received his Ph.D. in Peace and Development Studies in 2006 from the University of Gothenburg and conducted his postdoctoral research at Columbia University's Institute of Latin American Studies. He then was a research fellow at the United Nations University in Belgium and Ethiopia, and a senior research fellow at Harvard University. From 2011 to 2014, he served as the Head of the Office of Foreign Affairs of the São Paulo state government, under Geraldo Alckmin. In 2015, he founded and became president of the Granito Group, a company that aims to support the field of sustainable capitalism though consulting, investment banking, and policy & research. Vhils (born 1987) is the tag name of Portuguese graffiti and street artist Alexandre Manuel Dias Farto. Life Alexandre Farto was born in Portugal in 1987. He studied at the Byam Shaw School of Art in London. Vhils lives and works in London and Lisbon. He gained prominence when his work of a face carved into a wall appeared alongside a picture by street artist Banksy at the Cans Festival in London in 2008. A photograph of him creating the work appeared on the front page of ''The Times''. He was later given space to show his work by Banksy's agent, Steve Lazarides. Sustainable Capitalism
Sustainable capitalism is a conceptual form of capitalism based upon sustainable practices that seek to preserve humanity and the planet, while reducing externalities and bearing a resemblance of capitalist economic policy. A capitalistic economy must expand to survive and find new markets to support this expansion. Capitalist systems are often destructive to the environment as well as certain individuals without access to proper representation. However, sustainability provides quite the opposite; it implies not only a continuation, but a replenishing of resources. Sustainability is often thought of to be related to environmentalism, and sustainable capitalism applies sustainable principles to economic governance and social aspects of capitalism as well. Geraldo José Rodrigues Alckmin Filho (; born 7 November 1952) is a Brazilian politician who is the vice president-elect of Brazil. He previously served as the Governor of São Paulo from 2001 to 2006, and then again from 2011 to 2018, the longest term served in that state since the end of the Military dictatorship in Brazil.
