Rechukka Pagatichukka
''Rechukka Pagatichukka'' () is a 1959 Indian Telugu language, Telugu-language swashbuckler film, produced by N. Trivikrama Rao and directed by Kamalakara Kameswara Rao. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Sowcar Janaki and S. V. Ranga Rao, with music composed by T. V. Raju. The film was simultaneously made in Tamil language, Tamil as ''Raja Sevai'' (). Plot Telugu version Once upon a time, there was a king Vijayarayalu, who rules Vijayapuri, and his wife, Sumathi Devi. On the occasion of their only son's birthday, Vijayarayalu gets an invitation from Emperor Veera Raghava (C.S.R.), who is innocent and cowardly. Taking this as an advantage, his younger brother Vikram Simha takes the reins of the kingdom. He cheats on the daughter of the tribal leader Puli Dora. Kamalakara Kameswara Rao
Kamalakara Kameswara Rao (14 October 1911 – 29 June 1998) was an Indian film director known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, and a few Tamil and Hindi films. Widely known as ''Pauranika Chitra Brahma'' (), Kameswara Rao directed fifty feature films in a variety of genres. In 1960 he directed the biographical film, '' Mahakavi Kalidasu'' which won the President's silver medal for Best Feature Film in Telugu. In 1962 he directed '' Gundamma Katha'' which was commercially successful and received the Filmfare Award for Best Film – Telugu. In the same year, he directed another biographical film, '' Mahamantri Timmarusu'' which won the President's silver medal for Best Feature Film in Telugu at the 10th National Film Awards. Playback singers record songs for soundtracks, and actors or actresses lip-sync the songs for cameras; the actual singer does not appear on the screen. Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films. He is considered as one of the greatest singers of Telugu cinema. In 1970, he received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian award for his contribution to Indian cinema. Pithapuram Nageswara Rao (5 May 1930 – 5 March 1996) was an Indian playback singer who worked in the early period of Telugu cinema. He sang thousands of songs, mostly of a comedic nature, in the 1950s and 1960s along with Madhavapeddi Satyam and others. He also sang for a couple of movies in Kannada.
