Raj Mittra (born 1 July 1932)Tatsuo Itoha (1992), Electromagnetics Volume 12, Issue 3-4 pg. 285 is an Indian-born electrical engineer and academician. He is currently a professor of electrical engineering at University of Central Florida. Previously, he was a faculty member at University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and Pennsylvania State University, where he was the director of the Electromagnetic Communication Laboratory of the Electrical Engineering department.
