The Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots, or simply known as the Magnolia Hotshots, are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association. The team is owned by San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC). The team is one of three PBA ball clubs currently owned by the SMC group of companies, along with Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the San Miguel Beermen. The 2014 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Governors' Cup finals was the best-of-5 championship series of the 2014 PBA Governors' Cup and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs.
