Renault Sport Series
The Renault Sport Series (formerly known as World Series by Renault) was a motor racing series. The series latterly consisted of the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, and used to contain the Renault Sport Trophy and the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. The F4 Eurocup 1.6 was made part of the World Series in 2010, but was then folded for 2011. The flagship for the Renault Sport Series from its beginning to 2015 was the Formula Renault 3.5 Series (often referred to as simply ''World Series by Renault'' or simply WSR). It became the Formula V8 3.5 in 2016, when Renault Sport retired its backing. In 2020 Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 folded into the Formula Regional European Championship. Valtteri Viktor Bottas (; born 28 August 1989) is a Finnish racing driver, who serves as a reserve driver in Formula One for Mercedes. Epsilon Euskadi
EPIC Racing (Euskadi Phil Imanol Claudio Racing) was a racing team from Spain. The team's headquarters were located in Vitoria ( Alava). It was the second major motorsport team from the Basque Country, (Euskadi). Epsilon Euskadi was the biggest one and ran their own team in World Series by Renault and Formula Renault before selling the racing division to EPIC Racing in March 2011 in a bid to run the World Series by Renault with both FR3.5 and FR2.0 when Epsilon Euskadi ran into financial trouble and allowed all personnel involved to maintain their jobs. Epic Racing was born from a sell out of Epsilon Euskadi and not a name change as it mistakenly written in several places. JD Motorsport was an auto racing team based in Vespolate, Italy that competed in formula single-seaters in Europe. History The team was formed in 1995 by Roberto Cavallari and Alfredo Cappelletti. In 1996 the team started to participate in Formula Renault 2000 Eurocup and had four consecutive titles with Enrique Bernoldi, Jeffrey van Hooydonk, Bruno Besson and Gianmaria Bruni. SG Formula is a French auto racing team which participated in the junior categories of open wheel racing: Formula Renault and Formula Three. The team was founded in 2004 by Frenchman Stephane Guerin.
