Reino Kuuskoski
Reino Iisakki Kuuskoski (18 January 1907 – 27 January 1965) was a Finnish jurist, born in Loimaa. Kuuskoski was a member of the Agrarian League. He performed ministerial duties in Finland on two occasions. His first ministerial appointment was between 17 November 1953 and 5 May 1954 as Minister of Justice as part of Finland's 37th Government. His second ministerial appointment was between 26 April and 29 August 1958 as Prime Minister of Finland's 43rd Government. Both governments were caretaker governments. Urho Kekkonen
Urho Kaleva Kekkonen (; 3 September 1900 – 31 August 1986), often referred to by his initials UKK, was a Finnish politician who served as the eighth and longest-serving president of Finland from 1956 to 1982. He also served as Prime Minister of Finland, prime minister (1950–1953, 1954–1956), and held various other cabinet positions. He was the third and most recent president from the Centre Party (Finland), Agrarian League/Centre Party. Head of state for nearly 26 years, he dominated Finnish politics for 31 years overall. The Supreme Administrative Court of Finland (, ) is the highest court in the Finnish administrative court system, parallel to the Supreme Court of Finland. Its jurisdiction covers the legality of the decisions of government officials, and its decisions are final. Parliamentary Ombudsman (, , , , ) is the name of the principal ombudsman institutions in Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden (where the term ''justice ombudsman'' – or JO – is also used). In each case, the terms refer both to the office of the parliamentary ombudsman and to an individual ombudsman. Sweden The Riksdag has had an ombudsman institution since 1809. A caretaker government, also known as a caretaker regime, is a temporary ''ad hoc'' government that performs some governmental duties and functions in a country until a regular government is elected or formed. Depending on specific practice, it consists of either randomly selected members of parliament or outgoing members until their dismissal. Caretaker governments in representative democracies are usually limited in their function, serving only to maintain the '' status quo'', rather than truly govern and propose new legislation.
