First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is of three or more days scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. 2017β18 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy
The 2017β18 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy was the 60th edition of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, Pakistan's domestic first-class cricket competition. It was contested by 16 teams representing eight regional associations and eight departments, and took place from 26 September to 25 December 2017, spanning almost two weeks less than originally planned. 2017β18 Regional One Day Cup
The 2017β18 Regional One Day Cup was a List A cricket tournament that took place in Pakistan. The competition ran from 24 January to 11 February 2018. Peshawar were the defending champions. In round seven of the tournament, Abid Ali, batting for Islamabad, scored 209 not out against Peshawar. This was the highest List A score by a Pakistan batsman and he became the fourth batsman from Pakistan to score 200 runs or more in a List A match. Following the group stage, Karachi Whites and Peshawar advanced to the first semi-final, with Rawalpindi and Islamabad progressing to the second semi-final. Twenty20 (abbreviated T20) is a shortened format of cricket. The 2018β19 National T20 Cup was a Twenty20 domestic cricket competition that was played in Pakistan. It was the fifteenth season of the National T20 Cup in Pakistan, and was held from 10 to 25 December 2018 in Multan. Eight teams took part, with the top four progressing to the semi-finals. Lahore Blues were the defending champions. Following the conclusion of the group stage, Rawalpindi, Karachi Whites, Lahore Whites and Islamabad had all progressed to the semi-finals.
