Libohovë
Libohovë ( sq-definite, Libohova) is a town and a municipality in southern Albania. It is overlooked by Libohovë Castle and has a main street with views across the Drino valley. Libohovë is at the foot of the Bureto Mountain. The region forms part of the Zagori Regional Nature Park located in Zagori region. The municipality was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Libohovë, Qendër Libohovë and Zagori, that became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Libohovë. The total population is 3,667 (2011 census), in a total area of 248.42 km2. The population of the former municipality at the 2011 census was 1,992. Gjirokastër County ( sq, Qarku i Gjirokastrës) is one of the 12 counties of Albania. The total population in 2021 was 58,031, in an area of 2884 km². Its capital is the city Gjirokastër. Labovë E Kryqit
Labovë e Kryqit (''Labovë of the Cross'') is a settlement in Southern Albania, which has taken the name of its famous church, the Dormition of the Theotokos Church. It consists of two neighbourhoods: Labovë e Poshtme (''Lower Labovë'') and Labovë e Sipërme (''Upper Labovë''). Stegopull
Stegopul or Stegopull ( rup, Stãgopul) is a village in Lunxhëri, Gjirokastër County, Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Libohovë. It is home to the Orthodox St. Elijah's Church, Stegopull, Church of St. Elijah's, also declared a national monument. Drino
The Drino or Drinos ( sq, Drino, el, Δρίνος) is a river in southern Albania and northwestern Greece, tributary of the Vjosë. Its source is in the northwestern part of the Ioannina regional unit, near the village Delvinaki. It flows initially southwest, then northwest and crosses the Albanian border near Ktismata. It continues northwest through Gjirokastër and flows into the Vjosë near Tepelenë. Name The Albanian name of the river is ''Drino'' and the Greek name is Δρίνος, ''Drinos''. Justinian I (; la, Iustinianus, ; grc-gre, Ἰουστινιανός ; 48214 November 565), also known as Justinian the Great, was the Byzantine emperor from 527 to 565. Behxhet Nepravishta
Behxhet Nepravishta (1867–1916) was an Albanian politician who served the Ottoman Empire in the late 19th century and the newly founded state of Albania in the beginning of the 20th century. Born in the village of Nepravishtë near Libohovë in 1867, he was firstly a teacher in Muslim schools of Thessaloniki, Ioannina, and Hama. Later he was appointed Kaymakam in Yemen, Alasonia, and Western Anatolia. Transferred to Istanbul in 1910, he was appointed inspector of the civil service in 1911. Soon after the National Declaration of the Albanian Independence, he went to Albania in 1913. He became prefect of the districts of Berat and Durres in 1914-1915.
