Prem Nababsing
Paramhamsa Nababsing, more commonly known as Prem Nababsing (24 November 1940 – 21 October 2017), was a Mauritian politician and MMM minister. Early life Nababsing was born in Camp Diable, in the Savanne district of Mauritius. His father was a primary school teacher. By 1960, he completed his secondary education at Royal College Curepipe and secured a scholarship which enabled him to travel to England to study chemistry at University of Exeter , mottoeng = "We Follow the Light" , established = 1838 - St Luke's College1855 - Exeter School of Art1863 - Exeter School of Science 1955 - University of Exeter (received royal charter) , type = Public , .... The Deputy Prime Minister of Mauritius (french: Député Premier Ministre) is a senior member of the Cabinet of Mauritius. The actual Deputy Prime Minister Louis Steven Obeegadoo was appointed by the President on 25 June 2020 after the resignation of Ivan Collendavelloo. Royal College Curepipe
The Royal College Curepipe (commonly known as RCC) is a public secondary school with high admission standards in Curepipe, Mauritius. Since 1791 it has been regarded as one of the most prestigious secondary schools in Mauritius. In the past, it only admitted boys having achieved the best results at the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) exams, based on national rankings. RCC has a tradition of Higher School Certificate (HSC) laureates who compete for state scholarships for tertiary studies abroad. Cassam Uteem, GCSK (born in Port Louis on 22 March 1941) is a Mauritian political figure who served as the second president of Mauritius from 30 June 1992 to 15 February 2002. He is the longest served president of Mauritius, having served for nearly ten years. Early life and education Cassam Uteem attended the secondary school Royal College Port Louis. Then he travelled to France and studied at Paris VII University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Art and a master's degree in Psychology.
