Paul Reynolds (musician)
Paul Reynolds (born 4 August 1962) is an English singer, songwriter and musician who gained worldwide fame as the lead guitarist of the new wave band A Flock of Seagulls. He is highly praised for having a unique guitar sound that differentiated his band from others of the time. Early life Paul Reynolds was born on 4 August 1962 in Liverpool. In his teens, Reynolds always enjoyed playing the guitar, but in his spare time he enjoyed writing, drawing and was also an amateur photographer. Career Paul briefly joined a local Liverpool band called Visual Aids. Then at the age of seventeen, he joined the new wave band A Flock of Seagulls, a few months after the band was formed, and came to replace the original guitarist Willie Woo. The group's popularity soared in the early 1980s with the release of " (It's Not Me) Talking," and in 1982 the song " I Ran (So Far Away)" was a hit in the US and at home. Prague Philharmonic Orchestra
The Prague Philharmonic Orchestra was established in 1995, under the German conductor Friedemann Riehle. The orchestra has since produced many classical and film music recordings, working with labels such as Decca, EMI, Sony BMG and various international film studios. Internationally renowned soloists such as tenor Jonas Kaufmann or cellist Sol Gabetta have recorded CDs with the orchestra. The orchestra performs New Year's Eve Concerts, conducted by Riehle, and has also performed concerts at the Vienna State Opera, all major German concert halls, the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and a special concert broadcast internationally from the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It is the band's seventh album and the second that follows an orchestral line that began with its predecessor '' Ascension'' in 2018. It was recorded at Tokyorama Studio in Ljubljana, Slovenia and Loop Studio in Trieste, Italy. History The album brings another part of the group's songs from their first three albums and the band's fifth album, once again featuring a partnership between the original members of the band, some guest musicians and the Slovenian Symphonic Film Orchestra. It once again teamed the group with record producer Mike Howlett—who produced their self-titled debut album—except on "(It's Not Me) Talking", which was produced by Bill Nelson. The album includes the UK top-10 single " Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)". Other singles released from the album include "Nightmares" and "Transfer Affection". The face on the cover is that of the band's drummer, Ali Score. Reception ''Listen'' received generally positive reviews.
