Patricia Buckley Bozell
Patricia Lee Buckley Bozell (April 23, 1927 – July 12, 2008) was an American author. She helped to establish and served as managing editor of ''Triumph'', a Catholic opinion journal that was published for nearly a decade. A native of New York City and a graduate of Vassar College, she was a freelance editor at Regnery Publishing, ''National Review'', ''The American Spectator'', and '' Communio: International Catholic Review''. A daughter of William Frank Buckley Sr., and Aloise Steiner Buckley, Patricia Buckley was the wife of L. Brent Bozell Jr. (son of Bozell Worldwide co-founder Leo Brent Bozell), the mother of Media Research Center founder L. Brent Bozell III, and a sister of conservative author William F. Buckley Jr. as well as United States Senator James L. Buckley. She and her husband were also the godparents to novelist Tristan Egolf. Triumph (magazine)
''Triumph'' was a monthly American magazine published by L. Brent Bozell, Jr. from 1966 to 1976. It commented on religious, philosophical, and cultural issues from the traditionalist Catholic perspective. Origin Bozell founded ''Triumph'' in 1966 as a magazine for American Catholic conservatives following the Second Vatican Council. Bozell, previously an editor for ''National Review'' founded by his brother-in-law William F. Buckley, Jr., was put off by the insufficient respect the largely Catholic editorial board of the magazine paid to Catholic social teaching. Specifically, he protested the prevailing attitude of "Mater si, magistra no" towards Pope John XXIII's papal encyclicals ''Mater et Magistra'' and '' Pacem in terris''. Ti-Grace Atkinson
Grace Atkinson (born November 9, 1938), better known as Ti-Grace Atkinson, is an American radical feminist activist, writer and philosopher. Life and career Atkinson was born into a prominent Louisiana family. Named after her grandmother, Grace, the "Ti" is Cajun French for , meaning "little". Atkinson earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1964. While still in Philadelphia, she helped found the Institute of Contemporary Art, acting as its first director, and was sculpture critic for the periodical ''ARTnews''.
