Paiyaa
''Paiyaa'' () is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language action-adventure film written, produced and directed by N. Linguswamy. It stars Karthi and Tamannaah, with Sonia Deepti, Milind Soman and Jagan appearing in supporting roles. The film, produced by N. Subash Chandra Bose under the banner of Thirupathi Brothers and distributed by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Cloud Nine Movies, features a film score and soundtrack composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Madhi and editing by Anthony Gonsalves. In the film, a young woman is driven from Bangalore to Mumbai by a jobless young man who must evade gangsters chasing after them, as well as confront his own violent past in the city. Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja or Abdul Haliq (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer and singer-songwriter. He mainly scores music for Tamil films. Considered a versatile composer, he is particularly known for his use of Western music elements and often credited with having introduced hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Yuvan has won two Filmfare Awards South, five Mirchi Music Awards South, four Vijay Awards and three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. Within a span of 25 years, Yuvan has worked on over 100 films. Paiyaa (soundtrack)
''Paiyaa'' is the soundtrack to the 2010 Indian Tamil-language film of the same name, directed by N. Linguswamy and starring Karthi and Tamannaah. The soundtrack album originally includes five songs composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and was released on 12 February 2010. The release coincided with a promotional event held at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai, India. The soundtrack album was marketed under the Chennai-based Think Music record label, which was founded in 2007, thus becoming their 50th album. During a press conference held by Think Music in mid-March 2010, it was announced that, thanks to the enormous success of the audio, an additional track has been composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and included in the film at an appropriate place. Karthik Sivakumar (born 25 May 1977), better known by his stage name Karthi, is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Tamil cinema. Brinda Sarathy
Brinda Sarathy ( ta, பிருந்தா சாரதி) is an Indian film director, screenwriter, dialogue writer and Poet. Life Brindha Sarathy started his film career by working as an associate director and dialogue writer to N. Linguswamy in his debut film ''Aanandham''. However, he didn't work together with Linguswamy again in the latter's subsequent films, but turned an independent director. He went on to remake the 2001 Telugu film ''Manasantha Nuvve'' into his directional Tamil debut ''Thithikudhe'' (2003). Milind Soman (born 4 November 1965) is an Indian actor, supermodel, film producer, and fitness enthusiast. He was a contestant on '' Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 3''.
