The fifth season of '' House'', also known as ''House, M.D.'', premiered September 16, 2008 and ended May 11, 2009. It began to air in a new time slot from September to December: Tuesday 8:00 pm. Starting January 19, 2009, ''House'' moved to Mondays at 8:00 pm. Christopher Michael Taub,"Lockdown". House. 2010-04-12. No. 16, season 6. M.D. is a fictional character on the Fox medical drama ''House''. He is portrayed by Peter Jacobson. He becomes a member of House's new diagnostic team in Season 4 Episode 9 which is titled as "Games". Professional life Taub is a plastic surgeon and was #39 during the episode "games" used by House to select his new team. House almost fired Taub (and the row he was sitting in) on the first day of the episode, but Taub was saved when House changed his mind after noticing an attractive woman in the group. Lawrence Kutner (born Lawrence Choudhary), M.D. is a fictional character on the Fox medical drama ''House''. He is played by Kal Penn.
