Gabriela Horn (born 25 January 1988), known professionally as Paenda (pronounced "panda"; stylised as Pænda and in all caps), is an Austrian singer, songwriter and music producer. She represented Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Limits", which was released on 8 March. Life and career Horn was born in January 1988, in Deutschlandsberg, Styria. She started singing in a choir in her home town at the age of six. At fourteen, she began songwriting and singing in various pop rock bands. She took guitar and piano lessons and moved to Vienna at age 20 to study pop and jazz music at the , where she graduated with honors in 2013. She currently lives in Vienna, writing, composing and producing her music at her home studio. Horn records and writes all of her own songs. Austria participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Limits" written and performed by Pænda. On 29 January 2019, the Austrian broadcaster (ORF) announced that they had internally selected Pænda to compete at the 2019 contest in Tel Aviv, Israel, while "Limits" was presented to the public on 8 March 2019. Austria was drawn to compete in the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 16 May 2019. Performing during the show in position 9, "Limits" was not announced among the top 10 entries of the second semi-final and therefore did not qualify to compete in the final. It was later revealed that Austria placed seventeenth out of the 18 participating countries in the semi-final with 21 points. Vincent Mendoza Bueno (born 10 December 1985) is an Austrian singer of Filipino descent. On 12 January 2008, he became the winner of the ORF programme, '' Musical! Die Show'' (''Musical! The Show''), an Austrian television musical contest. He also served as a support act for Filipino singer Sarah Geronimo's concert in Vienna. On 18 January 2008, Bueno told the Philippine media of his plans to debut in the Philippines. He then made his first performance in Philippine Television on ''ASAP XV'' on 29 August 2010. He also signed a contract under Star Records, an ABS-CBN Entertainment Group Company, to pursue his music career in the Philippines. Cesár Sampson (born 18 August 1983) is an Austrian singer, songwriter, producer, dancer and model. He was also a social worker and fitness coach. He represented Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with the song " Nobody but You", winning the jury vote, coming in 13th place in the televote and finishing in third place overall. The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 was the 64th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Tel Aviv, Israel, following the country's victory at the 2018 contest with the song " Toy" by Netta.
