''Portland Street Blues'' (古惑仔情義篇之洪興十三妹) is a 1998 Cinema of Hong Kong, Hong Kong film directed by Yip Wai Man. The film is a spin-off of the ''Young and Dangerous (series), Young and Dangerous'' series of films, with the story focusing on a female character. Synopsis In a criminal underworld dominated by men, Sister Thirteen of the "Hung Hing" Triad society, triad faces trials and tribulations as she rises to become the branch leader of Portland Street. The story also examines her past and lesbian self-acceptance, as well as the "Tung Sing" triad and how the relationship between her and Ben Hon develops. Jerry Lamb Hiu-Fung ( Chinese: 林曉峰) (born 28 September 1970) is a Hong Kong actor, singer, television presenter, and DJ. Career In 1993, Jerry joined Wharf Cable Television. In 1994, he appeared in the film '' He's a Woman, She's a Man'' and was appreciated by Eric Tsang; shortly after that, he joined Eric Tsang as a cohost of the ''Super Trio Series'', a variety show on Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB). Francis Ng Chun-yu (; born 21 December 1961) is a Hong Kong actor and director. He is known for his roles in the TVB series '' Old Time Buddy'' (1997) and '' Triumph in the Skies'' (2003), as well as in films such as '' Bullets Over Summer'' (1999), '' The Mission'' (1999), '' 2000 AD'' (2000), ''Juliet in Love'' (2000), and '' Infernal Affairs II'' (2003). Lee Siu-kei
Lee Siu-kei (; 4 December 1949 – 2 June 2019) was a Hong Kong actor, scriptwriter and producer. He was a triad member and served as consultant for many Hong Kong triad movies. Lee left organized crime after being invited to act by director Ringo Lam in the 1980s. Lee along with Shing Fui-On, Ho Ka-kui, and Kwong Leung Wong were known as the "top four villains of the Hong Kong film industry" due to their prominence in the 1980s and 1990s. Lee was referred to as "基哥" or "Brother Kei". Lee suffered a stroke in early 2015 and affected his mobility. Since then, his involvement in the entertainment industry has declined. Kwan Hoi-Shan
Herman Kwan Hoi-San () (born Kwan Ming-kok; October 23, 1925 – September 11, 2006) was a Hong Kong actor. His English name was Herman Kwan. Kwan started off as a Cantonese opera actor in street theatre before joining New Voice Opera Troupe (新聲劇團). He also started singing for early Hong Kong film soundtracks and moved on to act in films, mostly adaption of opera in Cantonese. He became famous and acted in many lead roles. When Hong Kong films started to move towards Mandarin, Kwan's career faltered and joined TVB and acted in various roles. Directors and filmmakers rediscovered his talent and cast him in many supporting roles in films. In 2001, Kwan suffered a stroke and was left mute and paralysed. He died in 2006.
