The Philadelphia Summer International is a senior-level figure skating competition held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2015 and 2017, it was included in the International Skating Union The International Skating Union (ISU) is the international governing body for competitive ice skating disciplines, including figure skating, synchronized skating, speed skating, and short track speed skating. Figure skating is a sport in which individuals, pairs, or groups perform on figure skates on ice. Isabeau Levito (born March 3, 2007) is an American figure skater. She is the 2022–23 Grand Prix Final silver medalist, a two-time ISU Grand Prix silver medalist, the 2022 CS Nepela Memorial champion, the 2023 U.S. national champion, and the 2022 U.S. national bronze medalist. Hanna Harrell
Hanna Harrell (born September 26, 2003) is an American figure skater. She is the 2016 U.S. juvenile silver medalist, the 2018 U.S. junior pewter (fourth-place) medalist, and the 2019 U.S. senior pewter medalist. Karen Chen (born August 16, 1999) is an American figure skater. She is a 2022 Olympic Games team event silver medalist, two-time CS U.S. Classic bronze medalist (2016, 2017), the 2015 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb bronze medalist, the 2017 U.S. national champion, 2022 U.S. national silver medalist, and a three-time U.S. national bronze medalist (2015, 2018, 2021). Akari Nakahara
Akari (ASTRO-F) was an infrared astronomy satellite developed by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, in cooperation with institutes of Europe and Korea. It was launched on 21 February 2006, at 21:28 UTC (06:28, 22 February JST) by M-V rocket into Earth sun-synchronous orbit. After its launch it was named ''Akari'' (明かり), which means ''light'' in Japanese. Earlier on, the project was known as IRIS (InfraRed Imaging Surveyor). Angela Wang (born July 30, 1996) is an American figure skater. She is the 2017 Bavarian Open champion, a three-time medalist on the ISU Challenger Series, and a three-time medalist on the ISU Junior Grand Prix (JGP) series. Bradie Tennell
Bradie Tennell (born January 31, 1998) is an American figure skater. She is a 2018 Olympic team event bronze medalist, the 2020 Four Continents bronze medalist, the 2018 CS Autumn Classic champion, the 2018 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb champion, and a two-time U.S. national champion (2018, 2021). Tennell began skating when she was two years old, even though she learned to walk late and had to wear orthotics in her shoes to correct a pronation problem in her feet.
