Ovie Dominic Ejaria (born 18 November 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Reading in the EFL Championship. He is a former England under-21 international. Club career Ejaria was born in Southwark, Greater London. He grew up supporting Arsenal for whom he played for nine years before signing for Liverpool in 2014. His first competitive call-up came on 16 September 2016 in a Premier League match against Chelsea. He was an unused substitute in Liverpool's 2–1 victory. Ovie Soko (born 7 February 1991) is a British professional basketball player for the London Lions of the British Basketball League (BBL) and the EuroCup. Soko played college basketball for the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Duquesne University. He entered the 2014 NBA draft but he was not selected in the draft's two rounds. Obarisi Ovie Omo-Agege (born 3 August 1963) is a Nigerian lawyer and politician who is currently the Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate. He is senator representing the Delta State Central Senatorial District at the Nigerian senate. He was first elected in 2015 into the 8th senate. Omo-Agege is from the Orogun clan of the Urhobo ethnic group in Ughelli North local Government area of Delta State. Ovie Phillip Mughelli (born June 10, 1980) is a former American football fullback who last played for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). Overton "Ovie" Alston (December 14, 1905 – 1989) was an American jazz trumpeter, vocalist, and bandleader. Alston played with Bill Brown and His Brownies in New York in 1928, recording with them for Brunswick Records. He was hired by Claude Hopkins in 1931 and remained with him until 1936; it is for this association that he is best known. After leaving Hopkins he started his own band, playing at the Apollo Theater, the Plantation Club, the Ubangi Club and the Roseland Ballroom in the late 1930s and early 1940s. Ovie Carter (born March 11, 1946) was an American photographer for the Chicago Tribune from 1969 to 2004. He won the Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting for his coverage of famine in Africa and India together with a reporter William Mullen. Early life and education Ovie Carter was born and raised in Indianola, Mississippi. After graduating from Forest Park College in 1966 he had been serving for a year in the US Air Force. Ovie Scurlock (November 11, 1918 – June 14, 2016) was an American jockey in Thoroughbred horse racing. Born in Paintsville, Kentucky, Scurlock began his professional riding career in 1938 at Fairmount Park Racetrack in Collinsville, Illinois. A year later, on August 26, 1939, at Ellis Park Racecourse in Henderson, Kentucky, he rode a three-year-old colt, Mr. Ambassador, to a world record time of 1:39 2/5 for a mile and 40 yards. His career was interrupted during World War II when he served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. During his career, Scurlock rode for prominent owners such as George D.
