Noordeinde, Gelderland
Noordeinde is a village in the municipality of Oldebroek in the province of Gelderland, the Netherlands. Noordeinde has 215 inhabitants (2000). It was first described between 1830 as 1855 Kamper Nieuwstad. In 1970, it was renamed Noordeinde (North end), because it was at the northern part of the municipality. In 1840, it was home to 155 people. In 1845, a church was built. Oosterwolde, Gelderland
Oosterwolde is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Oldebroek, about 15 km southwest of Zwolle. Oosterwolde was a separate municipality until 1818, when it was merged with Doornspijk. History Oosterwolde was first mentioned in 1265 as "Gherardus de Ostenwalde", and means eastern forest. Frederik Jan Harm "Freek" Jansen (born 6 December 1992) is a Dutch politician of the right-wing populist party Forum for Democracy (FvD). He serves as a member of the House of Representatives and was the chair of the FvD's youth wing. Jansen studied political science and joined Forum for Democracy in 2016, when it became a political party. He established its youth wing the following year and became its chair. Jansen also assisted the party's House caucus. Reports about extremist messages by members of the youth wing in 2020 led to criticism of Jansen and caused a split within FvD. Elburg
Elburg () is a municipality and a city in the province of Gelderland, Netherlands. History There is evidence of a Neolithic settlement at Elburg consisting of stone tools and pottery shards. From Roman times there are names and shards of earthenware which suggest that there was an army camp at the site of Elburg. The earliest extant written record of Elburg is from 796 AD. Between 1392 and 1396 Elburg was rebuilt with a moat and a city wall, together with a gridiron street plan. Epe () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. The municipality has a population of 32,191 (2015, source: CBS), and the town itself has a population of 15,552. The town hall stands in Epe, which is situated about north of Apeldoorn and south of Zwolle. Hattem () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. The municipality had a population of in . The municipality includes the hamlet of 't Zand. Name origin The name “Hattem” is a typical farmyard name. The exact origin of “Hattem” is yet unclear. In general two explanation exist. Hattem would be the ‘heem’ (home) of a people who belong to the tribe of Chattuarii (or Hattuarii or Hatten). A second origin could refer to the leader of a people under the leader Hatto.
