Ocopa
''Ocopa'' is a smooth sauce flavored with or black mint huacatay a plant, originally from the city of Arequipa, Peru. Since Spanish colonization, it has been introduced around the world, and has become naturalized in Europe, Asia, Australasia, North America, and Africa.
