OKO Group
The OKO Group is an international real estate development firm created by businessman, Vladislav Doronin. The company develops real estate projects in Miami and New York. History Doronin founded the Miami-based OKO Group in 2015. The word “oko” means eye in Proto-Slavic and the name expresses Doronin’s vision. In 2014, Doronin and a partner paid $48 million to purchase a 44-year-old condo that overlooks Biscayne Bay in Miami at 175 S.E. 25th Street. The building, built in 1971, sits on close to an acre of Bayfront property with 150 feet of waterfront. The OKO Group plans to build a 47-story luxury condo building on the site. Vladislav Doronin (; born 7 November 1962) is an international real estate developer and art collector. He is the owner and chairman of Aman Resorts, chairman and CEO of OKO Group and is a co-founder of Moscow-based Capital Group. Brickell ( ) is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida located directly east of Interstate 95, south of the historic CBD, and north of Coconut Grove. Crown Building
The Crown Buildings ( cy, Adeiladau y Goron), which are also known as the Cathays Park Buildings, are the Welsh Government's main offices in Cardiff, Wales. The buildings were formerly used by the Welsh Office and are situated in Cathays Park. The complex consists of two buildings, Cathays Park 1 (a Grade II-listed building) and Cathays Park 2, joined by two skybridges. Solomon "Sol" LeWitt (September 9, 1928 – April 8, 2007) was an American artist linked to various movements, including conceptual art and minimalism.
