Novica Urošević ( sr-cyr, Новица Урошевић; 1945 – 11 November 2009) was a Serbian folk singer and composer. Some of his most famous folk song compositions include: ''Ne može nam niko ništa'', ''Ne daj da nas rastave'', ''Svako traži novu ljubav'', and ''Poslednji boem''. He had composed many songs and written lyrics for many singers, including Mitar Mirić, Zorica Brunclik, Jašar Ahmedovski, Ipče Ahmedovski, Jasmin Muharemovic, Jerina Jović, Šerif Konjević, Angel Dimov, Šeki Turković, Dragana Mirković, Zorica Marković, Nada Topčagić, Nedeljko Bajić Baja etc. He has also made great hits for Šaban Šaulić (''Moj živote, drug mi nisi bio''), Miroslav Ilić (''Tako mi nedostaješ''), and Bora Spužić Kvaka (''Od noćas samo kao braća''). He died in front of his apartment in Belgrade on November 11, 2009, where the medical confirmed he was dead at the scene. Nada Topčagić (; born 3 July 1953) is a Serbian folk singer. Life and career Early life Nada Topčagić was born on July 3, 1953 in Modriča, FPR Yugoslavia and was raised in the nearby village of Tarevci. While attending primary school, she also temporarily reside in Osijek. At the age of eighteen, Topčagić was discovered by the prominent producer and instrumentalist, Žika Radenković, who brought her to Belgrade so she can pursue a recording career. Career She debuted in 1975 with the single "Na Drini ćuprija", written by Obren Pjevović. Zorica Brunclik ( sr-cyr, Зорица Брунцлик; born 29 June 1955) is a Serbian singer of folk music; both traditional and newly composed. Arguably one of the most famous ex-Yugoslavian artists, Zorica Brunclik is known for her singing voice, fashion style and bright pink hair. Biography Brunclik was born 29 June 1955 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Her father was of Slovak descent, and her mother was from Šumadija. She began performing in pubs and restaurants. It was there that she was discovered by Bora Spužić Kvaka, with whose daughter she went to school. She later completed a course in Aranžerskoj school at the National University "Bozidar Adžija", and then the Faculty of Economics and studied law. She has married four times. Bora Spužić Kvaka (Serbian Cyrillic: Бора Спужић Квака; 10 November 1934 – 9 March 2002) was a Serbian vocalist and recording artist with a career spanning almost three decades. Biography Spužić was born as Velibor Spužić on 10 November 1934 in the western Kosovo town of Orahovac, at the time part of the Vardar Banovina in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia to father Todor and mother Olga. He was the fifth of six children in the family. In 1941, the Spužić family had to emigrate from Kosovo, deciding on Ćićevac. While living in Ćićevac at the very end of the war in 1945, he fell from a tree during a playground game and dislocated his hip. As a result, his left leg remained twenty-five centimetres shorter than his right leg. Due to that fracture, he had to wear a cast for eleven months after which he had to spend a lot of time in the Sremska Kamenica hospital and his education was late by a few years.
