The Northeastern Correctional Center is a minimum security/pre-release state prison in Massachusetts that opened in 1932. West Concord is an unincorporated village and census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Concord in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 6,028 at the 2010 census. Geography West Concord is located at (42.454747, -71.400495).
