Noriko Ohara
, better known by her stage name , is a Japanese actress and voice actress. She was previously represented by Aoni Production, then Production Baobab, but is now freelance. Her son is Sunrise animator . She is best known for the roles of Nobita Nobi (''Doraemon''), all of the female lead villains in the '' Time Bokan'' series (including Doronjo in both the original '' Yatterman'' and its remake), Conan ('' Future Boy Conan''), Peter (''Heidi, Girl of the Alps''), Penelope Pitstop (''Wacky Races''), Oyuki ('' Urusei Yatsura''), and Claudia LaSalle ('' Super Dimension Fortress Macross''). The ''Urusei Yatsura'' manga series features a large ensemble cast of characters created by Rumiko Takahashi. It tells the story of Japanese teenager Ataru Moroboshi, and the alien Lum, who believes she is Ataru's wife after he accidentally proposes to her. The series contains many other characters, whose unusual characteristics and eccentric personalities drive most of the stories. La Seine No Hoshi
is Japanese anime series by Soeisha (later renamed as Sunrise), which premiered in Japan on Fuji TV from April 4, 1975 and finished its run on December 26, 1975, spanning a total of 39 episodes. The title translates to English as "The Star of the Seine" or "The Seine's Star". It is based on Alain Delon's 1963 movie '' La Tulipe noire'' (which, in spite of the title, is based, in name only, on Alexandre Dumas, père's novel ''The Black Tulip''). It was created by Mitsuru Kaneko, and was directed by Masaaki Ōsumi (episodes 1-26) and Yoshiyuki Tomino (episodes 27-39). Wansa-kun
is a mascot for Sanwa Bank designed by Osamu Tezuka. It was later turned into a manga series by Tezuka and an anime series from 1973. The hero of Wansa-kun was Wansa, a puppy who is sold for a pittance, then escapes, and spends much of the rest of the series looking for his mother. Tezuka never completed the manga version of the series. In 1973 an animated series based on the manga was made, produced by Yoshinobu Nishizaki and broadcast by Kansai Telecasting Corporation. As with the earlier '' Triton of the Sea'', Tezuka had little-to-no involvement in this series and ''Wansa-kun'' ultimately ended up being the last series produced by the original Mushi Production before its bankruptcy. Doraemon (1973 TV Series)
is the first anime TV series based on Fujiko F. Fujio's manga of the same name. It was produced by Nippon TeleMovie Productions. It aired from April 1, 1973, to September 30, 1973. After the anime ended, Doraemon remained exclusively a manga until 1979 when Shin-Ei Animation produced a more successful second anime adaptation, which officially ended in 2005; it was in turn replaced by a third anime adaptation shortly after which continues to air to recent days. The series is now considered as a piece of lost media due to its rarity and obscurity. Of the 52 segments, only 21 are known to survive. Calimero
''Calimero'' is an animated television series about a charming, but hapless anthropomorphized chicken; the only black one in a family of yellow chickens. He wears half of his egg shell still on his head. Calimero originally appeared on the Italian television show '' Carosello'' on July 14, 1963, and soon became a popular icon in Italy. The characters were created by the animation studio Organizzazione Pagot and originated as a series of animated advertisements for Miralanza AVA soap products shown throughout Italy. The creators of the main character were Nino Pagot, Toni Pagot and Ignazio Colnaghi. Sazae-san
is a Japanese yonkoma manga series written and illustrated by Machiko Hasegawa. It was first published in Hasegawa's local paper, the , on April 22, 1946. When the ''Asahi Shimbun'' wished to have Hasegawa draw the four-panel comic for their paper, she moved to Tokyo in 1949 with the explanation that the main characters had moved from Kyūshū to Tokyo as well. The first ''Sazae-san'' strip run by the ''Asahi Shimbun'' was published on November 30, 1949. The manga dealt with everyday life and contemporary situations in Tokyo until Hasegawa retired and ended the series, with the final comic published on February 21, 1974. ''Sazae-san'' won the 8th Bungeishunjū Manga Award in 1962.
