Nighttiming
''Nighttiming'' is Coconut Records' 2007 debut album. It was originally released as a Music download, digital download. The album was produced by Mike Einziger of Incubus (band), Incubus in Casa Chica in Malibu in August 2006. The album is the product of Jason Schwartzman, who wrote all of the songs and performs the majority of the instruments. CD prints of the album contain several bonus tracks, most of which are demo (music), demo versions and alternate takes of songs on the album. Early copies of the CD also included unique instant film, Polaroid photographs by Schwartzman. An official music video has been made for "West Coast". It features skateboarding performances by Mark Gonzales in Germany. The song "Summer Day" was featured on the Spider-Man 3 (soundtrack), ''Spider-Man 3'' original soundtrack. Davy (album)
''Davy'' is Coconut Records' 2009 second release. The album is, as was ''Nighttiming'', the product of Jason Schwartzman, who wrote all of the songs and performs the majority of the instruments. The first official single for the album was "Microphone." The song was also used in the 2012 film LOL, starring Miley Cyrus and subsequently featured on the soundtrack. A portion of "Any Fun" is in a teaser video on the Coconut Records MySpace page. The track listing and album art first appeared on the independent online music store Amie Street. Like ''Nighttiming,'' the CD pressing of ''Davy'' contains demo and alternate versions of the album's songs after the final track. The songs "Wires" and "I Am Young" were featured on the ''Funny People'' original soundtrack. Two music videos were made for this album; "Microphone" and "Any Fun." Michael Aaron Einziger (born June 21, 1976) is an American musician, songwriter and producer. He is best known for being co-founder and guitarist of the rock band Incubus, and has also co-written, produced and collaborated with a wide array of artists including Pharrell Williams, Hans Zimmer, Skrillex, Tyler the Creator, Avicii, Damian Marley, Jason Schwartzman ( Coconut Records) and Steve Martin among many others. Dentyne () is a brand of chewing gum available in several countries globally. It is owned by Mondelēz International. In 1899, a New York City druggist Franklin V. Canning formulated a chewing gum which he promoted as an aid to oral hygiene. "To prevent decay, To sweeten the breath, To keep teeth white," read the package. Agent Sparks was an American indie pop band formed in early 2005 when two former band mates from Audiovent decided they wanted to continue making music. Members include Benjamin Einziger (lead vocals, guitar), Stephanie Eitel (lead vocals, keyboard, percussion), Paul Fried (bass, vocals), and George Purviance (drums, vocals).
