''Happy Days'' ( tr, Neşeli Günler) is a 1978 Turkish comedy film directed by Orhan Aksoy. Plot It tells the story of a husband and wife divorced because of a ridiculous issue. Husband and wife, who produce and sell pickles, are constantly fighting. One day, they get divorced after arguing over whether to make pickle juice better with vinegar or lemon juice. Three of the children stay with their mother and the other three with their father. They do not see each other for years. One day, everything changes when the truth of two brothers who fight without knowing each other by chance. All siblings try to reconcile their parents. Orhan Aksoy (January 10, 1930, Bursa – January 22, 2008, Istanbul) was a Turkish director and screenwriter. He began his career in film as a projectionist in the now-defunct Saray cinema in Istanbul. Münir Özkul (15 August 1925 – 5 January 2018) was a Turkish cinema and theatre actor. He has been awarded the title of "State Artist of Turkey". In 1972, he won a Golden Orange Award for Best Actor for his performance in ''Sev KardeÅŸim''. Career He completed his formal education at Ä°stanbul Erkek Lisesi. Özkul starting his acting career at Bakırköy Halkevi theatre. Later he worked at Ankara State theatre and Ä°stanbul Åžehir theatre. Adile Naşit (born Adela Özcan; 17 June 1930 – 11 December 1987) was a Turkish actress, who is best known for being the partner of Münir Özkul in movies like ''Happy Days'' and in '' Hababam Sınıfı'' (Hababam Class). She also starred in many plays, movies, and a children's programme called ''Uykudan Önce'' (Before Sleep) as a storyteller. Biography She was the daughter of Turkish comedian Naşit Özcan and Turkish-Armenian or Greek theater actress Amelya Hanım, and sister of theater actor Selim Naşit Özcan. The official website of the Women's Museum, Istanbul states that her grandmother was Küçük Virjin, a famous ethnic Greek dancer born in 1870, and was the first Greek canto dancer in the Ottoman Empire. Şener Şen (born 26 December 1941) is a Turkish film and theatre actor who has won the Golden Orange for Best Actor twice for his roles in '' Mr. Muhsin'' (1985) and '' Lovelorn'' (2005), the Golden Orange for Best Supporting Actor for '' Çöpçüler Kralı'' (1977) and a Golden Orange Lifetime Achievement Award. AyÅŸen Gruda
Ayşen Gruda (22 August 1944 – 23 January 2019) was a Turkish actress and comedian. Biography Ayşen Gruda was born on 22 August 1944 in Istanbul. Her sisters Ayten and Ayben also went on to become actresses. Gruda appeared in several musicals such as "Mum Söndü", "Deve Kuşu Kabare", "Hababam Sınıfı Müzikali", and "Yedi Kocalı Hürmüz". Oya Aydoğan (10 February 1957 – 15 May 2016) was a Turkish actress, model, and television presenter. She was the winner of the Ses Magazine Movie Actress Contest in 1976.
