A nebula ('cloud' or 'fog' in Latin; pl. nebulae, nebulæ or nebulas) is a distinct luminescent part of interstellar medium, which can consist of ionized, neutral or molecular hydrogen and also cosmic dust. Nebulae are often star-forming regions, such as in the " Pillars of Creation" in the Eagle Nebula. In these regions, the formations of gas, dust, and other materials "clump" together to form denser regions, which attract further matter, and eventually will become dense enough to form stars. Nebel (Öömrang: ''Neebel'') is a municipality on the island of Amrum in the district of Nordfriesland in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Geography and traffic Until the end of 2006, Nebel was the seat of the ''Amt (administrative division), Amt'' Amrum and as such it was the administrative centre of the island of Amrum. Süddorf (Öömrang: ''Sössaarep'') and Steenodde (''Stianood'') are minor districts of Nebel. The western part of the village is called Westerheide. The nevel or nebel ( he, נֵבֶל ''nēḇel'') was a stringed instrument used by the Israelites. The Greeks translated the name as ''nabla'' (νάβλα, "Phoenician harp"). A number of possibilities have been proposed for what kind of instrument the ''nevel'' was; these include the psaltery and the kithara, both of which are strummed instruments like the kinnor, with strings running across the sound box, like the modern guitar and zither. Most scholars believe the ''nevel'' was a frame harp, a plucked instrument with strings rising up from its sound box. The King James Version renders the word into English as psaltery or viol, and the Book of Common Prayer renders it lute. The word ''nevel'' has been adopted for "harp" in Modern Hebrew. ''Mutter'' (; English: "Mother") is the third studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released on 2 April 2001 through Motor and Universal Music. The album's cover image is a photograph of a dead fetus, which was taken by Daniel & Geo Fuchs. The album has yielded six singles which, to date, are the most released from any Rammstein album.
