Nathan Stoneman
Nathan Mark Stoneman (born 17 September 1996) is a Motorcycle speedway, speedway rider from Wales. Career Stoneman began his speedway career in 2012 with the Mildenhall Fen Tigers, where he picked up a league and cup double as the team dominated the 2012 National League speedway season. The following season he remained with the Tigers for the 2013 National League speedway season. After a lengthy break he returned to speedway in 2016 when he joined the Isle of Wight Islanders. In 2017, he joined the Kent Royals, Kent Kings but also made several appearances for the Sheffield Tigers in the higher division. In 2019, he rode for the Birmingham Brummies and Somerset Rebels before taking another break. In 2022, he rode for the Berwick Bandits in the SGB Championship 2022 and Oxford Cheetahs, Oxford Chargers during the 2022 National Development League speedway season. Mildenhall Fen Tigers
The Mildenhall Fen Tigers are a British speedway team, founded in 1975 and currently riding in the National Development League. History 1971–1989 The original track was built in 1971 on farm land owned by Terry Waters, with chef Bernie Klatt the driving force behind establishing speedway in Mildenhall.Butt, Randall (1980) "Dream Come True", ''Speedway Star'', 15 November 1980, p. 7 Klatt had been the head chef at the officers club at the nearby air force base, and later established a restaurant at the track. The track moved to a second area on the same farm in 1973. After running as a training track, the Mildenhall team entered the New National League (division 2) in 1975. The team competed in division 2 for 15 consecutive seasons from 1975 to 1989.
