Ulanok () is a village in western Russia, in Sudzhansky District of Kursk Oblast. Geography The village is located in the southwest of the Central Russian Upland. To the south of the village, the river Psyol flows along the river flood plain. There is a peat bog on the southwestern outskirts of the village, behind which the forest begins. Sudzhansky District () is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-eight in Kursk Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the town of Sudzha. It has a population of 25,119. Geography The area of the district is . Sudzha (, ) is a town and the administrative center of Sudzhansky District in Kursk Oblast, Russia, located on the Sudzha and Oleshnya rivers southwest of Kursk, the administrative center of the oblast.
