Nexus Mods
Nexus Mods is a website that hosts computer game modifications and other user-created content related to video game modding. It is one of the largest gaming mod sites on the web, with 30 million registered members and 3146 supported games as of October 2024, with a single forum and a wiki for site- and mod-related topics. Founded in 2001 as Morrowind Chronicles, a '' The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind'' fan site, it became Morrowind Source with the addition of hosting mods for ''Morrowind''. It continued to rebrand as it expanded to support more games, as TESSource, TESNexus, the Nexus, and finally Nexus Mods. The hosting and publication of particular mods by the site has been covered in the gaming and computer press.
