Asaduzzaman Mia
Asaduzzaman Mia (born 14 August 1960) is a retired police officer who served as the 33rd Police commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, the longest serving commissioner and the incumbent chief executive officer of National Security Affairs Cell under the Cabinet Division. During his tenure as DMP Commissioner, Dhaka Metropolitan Police was considered to be at its peak. Early life Mia was born on 14 August 1960 at Alfadanga in Faridpur District of the then East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). After completing his Master's, he joined the Bangladesh Police force as an Assistant Police Superintendent on 15 February 1988. Career Mia served in Chittagong Railway Police in 2001. The Cabinet Division ( bn, মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ) is the executive office of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. National Committee On Security Affairs
National Committee on Security Affairs (NCSA) is the highest policy-making authority on national security of the Government of Bangladesh. Headed by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajed, the committee was formed in March 2019 after 'the National Defence Policy-2018' was approved by the Cabinet of Bangladesh. National Committee For Intelligence Coordination
The National Committee for Intelligence Coordination is the principal forum used by the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for matters of national security and coordination between intelligence agencies. Since its inception under Sheikh Hasina, the function of the council has been to advise and assist the prime minister on national security and foreign policies.
