Nabil Al Awadi
Nabil Al-Awadi (; born 7 February 1970) is a Kuwaiti writer, humanitarian, television presenter, university professor, journalist, orator, and he is a Muslim scholar. He had his bachelor's degree in education from the Kuwait University. He traveled to UK to pursue his post-graduate studies and he earned a master's degree in education. Until February 2013 he was director of the independent Al-Birr Primary School in Birmingham, England. Islam is the main religion of the citizens of Kuwait and the majority of Kuwaiti citizens are Muslim; it is estimated that 70%–75% are Sunni and 25%–30% are Shias. In 2001, there were an estimated 525,000 Sunni Kuwaiti citizens and 300,000 Shia Kuwaiti citizens. In 2002, the US Department of State reported that Shias formed 30%-40% of Kuwait's citizen population, noting there were 525,000 Sunni Kuwaiti citizens and 855,000 Kuwaiti citizens in total (61% Sunnis, 39% Shias). Al-Resalah Satellite TV
Al-Resalah ( ar, قناة الرسالة; ''The Message'') is an Arabic language satellite television channel "to present true Islam". It is funded by Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal of Saudi Arabia, recorded in all over the United Arab Emirates to Morocco and Kuwait, and broadcast from Cairo. Al-Resalah has slots on the Arabsat and Nilesat satellites, serving primarily the Middle East, but North Africa and Europe as well. The General Manager of Al Resalah was Tareq Al-Suwaidan, a former host at the Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC) and a leading member of the Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood. Tareq Mohammed Al-Suwaidan ( ar, طارق محمد السويدان) (September 15th,1953) is a Kuwaiti Islamic author and speaker, and businessman. He has been among the 500 Most Influential Muslims in 2022. Al-Suwaidan is considered to adopt a moderate ideology amongst Muslim thinkers. He has written many religious, historical and management books and several of his books were translated into English and French. Childhood and education Al-Suwaidan was trained in the classical Islamic sciences in his youth. He lived and studied in the United States from the age of 17 and remained in the US for 20 years. Andrew Paul Gilligan (born 22 November 1968) is a British policy adviser and former transport adviser to Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister between 2019-22. Until July 2019, he was senior correspondent of ''The Sunday Times'' and had also served as head of the Capital City Foundation at Policy Exchange.
