The Moro is a river in Italy. It is located in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of southern Italy. Its source is located near Guardiagrele. The river flows northeast past Orsogna and Lanciano before flowing into the Adriatic Sea near San Vito Chietino. The Adriatic Sea () is a body of water separating the Italian Peninsula from the Balkan Peninsula. The Adriatic is the northernmost arm of the Mediterranean Sea, extending from the Strait of Otranto (where it connects to the Ionian Sea) to the northwest and the Po Valley. The countries with coasts on the Adriatic are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro, and Slovenia.
