Morgan de toi is a clothing brand, owned by the French company Morgan SA. The company was established in 1947 to sell lingerie, but has since diversified. At present it has over 650 retail outlets worldwide. Production is vertically integrated and takes place mainly in France. The brand is targeted at women between the ages of 18 and 35. The CEO is Yann Jaslet and the headquarters are in Paris. Renaud Pierre Manuel Séchan (), known as Renaud (), born 11 May 1952, is a French singer, songwriter and actor. His characteristically 'broken' voice makes for a very distinctive vocal style. Several of his songs are popular classics in France, including the sea tale "Dès que le vent soufflera", the irreverent " Laisse béton", the ballad " Morgane de toi" and the nostalgic " Mistral gagnant". Van der Moolen was a Dutch equity trading firm, with its headquarters located in Amsterdam. They were mainly active in the United States and in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
