Ferengi
The Ferengi () are a fictional extraterrestrial species in the American science fiction franchise ''Star Trek''. Miles Edward O'Brien is a character in the '' Star Trek'' franchise, portrayed by actor Colm Meaney. Cirroc Lofton (, born August 7, 1978) is an American actor and podcaster who started his career at the age of nine with many minor roles. Ezri Dax () is a fictional character who appears in the seventh and final season of the American science fiction TV series ''Star Trek: Deep Space Nine''. Dax is a xenomorphic character in the fictional '' Star Trek'' universe. The Dax life form is a symbiont—one that lives inside & bonds to Trill humanoid hosts. The first appearance of a Trill was in the episode " The Host" from the fourth season of '' Star Trek: The Next Generation''; in that early version, the personality of the being was entirely that of Odan, the symbiont within the host, whereas the personalities of the Trills in '' Star Trek: Deep Space Nine'' are a blending of the symbiont Dax and its sequential Trill hosts. Section 31, in the fictional universe of '' Star Trek'', is an autonomous intelligence and defense organization that carries out covert operations for the United Federation of Planets.
