is a former Japanese football player. Club career Mogi was born in Fukushima on March 2, 1984. After graduating from high school, he joined J1 League club Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 2002. Although Sanfrecce repeated relegation to J2 League and promotion to J1, he got an opportunity to play as forward from first season. Ken Mogi
is a Japanese scientist. He is a senior researcher at Sony Computer Science Laboratories and a visiting professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. According to the profile posted at his personal blog, his mission is "to solve the so-called mind-brain problem." After graduating from the University of Tokyo in 1985 with a degree in science and in 1987 with a degree in law, Mogi received in 1992 a Ph.D. with the thesis "Mathematical Model of Muscle Contraction". Ken Mogi was Japan's first TED speaker. He presented in 2012 March. Mogi has published over 50 books, most of which are written in Japanese. They cover not only brain science but also includes, but not limited to, philosophy, history, art, education, and linguistics. His books have been frequently used as a source of university entrance examinations. is a Japanese businessman who is the current Chairman and honorary CEO of Kikkoman. Early life and career Mogi obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Keio University in 1958 and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. In the 1950s, Mogi helped introduce Soy Sauce to the American public by hiring chefs to create recipes that included the sauce. He then sent the recipes to local newspapers, in an attempt to get housewives to cut them out and shop for the ingredient. Mogi was appointed President and CEO of Kikkoman in 1995.
