Mis-Teeq (album)
''Mis-Teeq'' is the first compilation album by British girl group Mis-Teeq. It was released by Reprise Records on 13 July 2004 in Canada and in the United States, marking their first and only release in North America. The album contains a selection of songs from the group's two regular previous studio albums, ''Lickin' on Both Sides'' (2001) and '' Eye Candy'' (2003) as well as new remixes exclusive to this release. Production on ''Mis-Teeq'' was helmed by StarGate, Mushtaq, Salaam Remi, Ed Case, Sunship, Dave Kelly, Blacksmith, David Brant and singer Joe. The album was received well by critics, many of whom praised the strong and lively nature of the productions, particularly on the remixes, and compared Mis-Teeq favorably to other all-female trios such as American bands Destiny's Child and TLC. Mis-Teeq
Mis-Teeq were a British girl group, consisting of Alesha Dixon, Su-Elise Nash and Sabrina Washington. They had two top-ten albums and seven consecutive top-ten singles, with chart-topping success on the UK Singles Chart as well as across Europe, Asia, Australasia and the US. The group had originally been a quartet with Zena McNally who left in January 2001. The second line-up released their debut studio album ''Lickin' on Both Sides'' on 27 October 2001, which peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart and was certified double platinum. The album featured the group's first five singles, all of which became UK Top 10 hits, including their debut single " Why?" with McNally and " All I Want". Ed Case
Edward Espenett Case (born September 27, 1952) is an American lawyer and Democratic politician serving as the U.S. representative for Hawaii's 1st congressional district, which covers the urban core of Honolulu. He represented the 2nd district, which covers the rest of the state, from 2002 to 2007. A Blue Dog Democrat, Case first came to prominence in Hawaii as majority leader of the Hawaii State Legislature and in his 2002 campaign for governor of Hawaii.
