The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism is the government ministry of Tanzania that is responsible for the management of natural resources and culture, cultural resources and for the development of the tourism industry. It has a wide range of investments in various tourist resources and tourism industry projects. Ministry offices are located in Dodoma. Dr. Damas Ndumbaro is the new Tourism Minister of Tanzania. The Ministry's motto is "Tanzania Unforgettable ". The politics of Tanzania takes place in a framework of a unitary presidential democratic republic, whereby the President of Tanzania is both head of state and head of government, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and parliament. The party system is dominated by the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (''Revolutionary State Party''). The Judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature.
