Miles Ferry
Miles "Cap" Ferry (September 22, 1932 – March 31, 2017) is an American former politician who was a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives and Utah State Senate. In the state senate, he was Minority Whip from 1975 to 1976, Minority Leader from 1977 to 1978, and President of the Senate from 1979 to 1984. Brigham City is a city in Box Elder County, Utah, United States. The population was 17,899 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Box Elder County. It lies on the western slope of the Wellsville Mountains, a branch of the Wasatch Range at the western terminus of Box Elder Canyon.
