Michael Edward Danahay is an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 33rd district of the Louisiana House of Representatives. Danahay attended McNeese State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In 2008 he was elected for the 33rd district of the Louisiana House of Representatives. Danahay succeeded Ronnie Johns. He left office on May 15, 2018, on being elected as mayor of Sulphur, Louisiana Sulphur (french: Soufre) is a city in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. Ronnie Johns (politician)
Ronnie Johns is an American politician from the state of Louisiana. A Republican, Johns represented the 27th district of the Louisiana State Senate, based in Lake Charles, from 2012 until 2021, when he accepted the position of chairman of the state's gaming control board. Johns previously represented the 33rd district of the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1996 until 2008. Career Johns was a member of the Sulphur City Council from 1978 until 1982. In 1995, he was elected to the 33rd district of the Louisiana House of Representatives, where he served until 2008. In 2011, Johns announced he would run for the 27th district of the Louisiana State Senate. He was elected without opposition, and was re-elected in 2015 and 2019. KPLC (channel 7) is a television station in Lake Charles, Louisiana, United States, affiliated with NBC and The CW Plus. It is owned by Gray Television, which provides certain services to dual Fox/ ABC affiliate KVHP (channel 29) under a shared services agreement (SSA) with American Spirit Media. Both stations share studios on Division Street in downtown Lake Charles, while KPLC's transmitter is located near Fenton, Louisiana. History KPLC-TV signed on September 29, 1954 with NBC's airing of the 1954 World Series. Owner T. B.
