Mike Graham (American Football)
Michael Nickolas Graham Sr. (April 3, 1923 – July 7, 2003) was an American football player who played at the fullback and halfback positions on both offense and defense. He played college football for Cincinnati and professional football for the Los Angeles Dons. Early years Graham was born in 1923 in Warren, Ohio. He attended and played football at Warren G. Harding High School in Warren. Military and college football He played college football for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats in 1942, 1946, and 1947. He played at the fullback and halfback positions on offense and also on defense. He became known as the "Greek Ground Gripper" for his ability to remain on his feet while opponents tried to tackle him. Michael Graham (born July 14, 1963)1994–95 Official CBA Guide and Register, page 286 is a retired American basketball player. He is known for his college career at Georgetown University, where he appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine after helping the Hoyas to the 1984 NCAA championship. Graham, a 6'9" power forward from Spingarn High School in Washington, D.C., signed with future Hall of Fame coach John Thompson at Georgetown. As a freshman in 1983–84, Graham became a key player for the Hoyas. He provided rugged defense and rebounding, appearing in all but two of the team's 37 games – starting 17. While his regular season statistics were pedestrian, Graham became a key player for the Hoyas in their quest for a national championship. In the 1984 Final Four, Graham scored 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and led the Hoyas to a victory over the Houston Cougars for the national championship. Michael Graham (footballer)
Michael W. Graham (born 11 January 1952) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and St Mary's in the Northern Territory Football League (NTFL) during the 1970s and 1980s. A half forward flanker nicknamed "The Flash" for his great speed, Graham made his SANFL debut for Sturt in 1971 and went on to play 282 games over fifteen seasons. He was a premiership player in 1974 and 1976, and represented South Australia in Interstate Football on eleven occasions. He is cap number 757 for the Sturt Football Club. Graham played with St Marys in the NTFL during the summers, winning the Nichols Medal in 1973-74 for the league's best and fairest player. Mickey Graham
Michael Graham (born 28 July 1975) is an Irish Gaelic football manager and former player. He has been the manager of the Cavan senior football team since 2018. He previously played for Cavan and was part of the team that won the Ulster Senior Football Championship in 1997. Playing career Club A native of Cavan town, Graham joined the Cavan Gaels club at a young age. Graham played in his first county final in 1998 against Mullahoran. A goal in each half gave Mullahoran the title. Graham was captain as Cavan Gaels lost the 2000 final to Gowna, but the Gaels came back to beat the same opposition in the 2001 as Graham captained the club to their first title in 23 years. The teams met once again in the 2002 final, with Gowna coming out comfortably on top. Cavan Gaels were back in the final in 2003, facing Mullahoran. Edward Michael Gossett (September 22, 1951 – October 19, 2012), better known as Mike Graham, was an American professional wrestler who was the son of Eddie Graham. Amateur wrestling Mike Graham was a Florida high school wrestling district champion his senior year in 1969 for Thomas Richard Robinson High School in Tampa, Florida. He became a three-time state AAU champion and a Junior Olympics champion at 198 pounds. Graham was a state champion in the 154-pound weight class and, as a sophomore, defeated senior Richard Blood (later to become Ricky Steamboat) in the finals of a district meet. Michael Shayne Graham (born December 9, 1977) is an American football coach and former placekicker. Graham played 15 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Virginia Tech. He made his professional debut in May 2000 with the Richmond Speed of the Arena Football League's now-defunct developmental league, AF2. His first NFL contract was with the New Orleans Saints where he signed as an undrafted free agent in 2000. A journeyman most of his career, he played for 14 different NFL franchises over 9 seasons, excluding the 7 seasons he spent with the Cincinnati Bengals. Michael Todd Graham (born December 5, 1964) is an American football coach and former player. He was most recently the head football coach at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa (2020–2021). Graham has served as the head football coach at Rice University (2006), the University of Tulsa (2007–2010), the University of Pittsburgh (2011), and Arizona State University (2012–2017). He was the director of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (United Kingdom) fisheries laboratory in Lowestoft (1945–1958), now known as the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas). His classic book, ''The Fish Gate'', published in 1943, paints a picture of the near-collapse of the British fishing industry through overfishing that occurred before both the First and the Second World Wars. Michael Patrick Graham (born February 18, 1982, in Los Angeles, California) is an American artist, writer and director. From 1990 until 1995, Michael sang as the main soloist in the Paulist Boy's Choir, a world-renowned choir at St. Paul the Apostle School in Los Angeles. This introduced him to the film industry at an early age after singing on soundtracks for John Tesh's ''Romantic Christmas'', '' Batman'', ''Edward Scissorhand'' and was chosen as the voice of Simba in ''The Lion King'', but had to drop out of the project after coming down with strep throat a week before production.
