Bilbo Baggins is the title character and protagonist of J. R. R. The Shocker (Herman Schultz) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and John Romita Sr, the character debuted in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #46 in March 1967.
