Metamorphosis ( "Breaking Out Of The Shell" in Chinese) is a Singaporean Chinese action thriller drama which is being telecast on Singapore's free-to-air channel, MediaCorp TV Channel 8. It made its debut on 18 September 2007, screening at 9 PM every night on weekdays. The serial consists of 20 episodes. In the last few episodes, the serial recorded a viewership rate of over 1 million and was awarded the "Best Drama Series Award" in the Star Awards 2007. Wang Yuqing
Tan Chooi Leong or better known as Wang Yuqing (, born 9 September 1961) is a Singaporean actor. Education Wang studied at Willow Avenue Secondary School. Career Prior to his acting career, Wang served out his NS days in the Aerodrome fire service. He was offered a contract by the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) after completing the 3rd drama training course in 1982. Wang first acted in SBC's Army series before starring in SBC's earliest idol drama, '' The Flying Fish'', in 1983, which catapulted him to stardom. Richard Low
Richard Low (; born 19 June 1952), also known as Liu Qianyi, is a Singaporean actor. He is best known for acting in many Chinese-language television dramas produced by MediaCorp Channel 8 and its predecessors. He also acted in some of Jack Neo's films. Adam Chen
Adam Chen (born 24 June 1976) is a Singaporean television and film actor. Early life Chen was educated at The Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College. Whilst a civil engineering student at the National University of Singapore he did some modelling and joined ''Route to Glamour'', a talent show organised by SPH MediaWorks. Cavin Soh (, born 17 November 1970) (苏智诚/苏志诚 Su Zhi Cheng previous name) is a Singaporean actor, host, watch dealer and singer.
