Matt Harris is an American screenwriter and television producer. Harris is best known for his screenplay ''The Starling'', an American comedy-drama film bought by Netflix directed by Theodore Melfi starring Melissa McCarthy, Chris O'Dowd, Kevin Kline, Timothy Olyphant, Daveed Diggs, Skyler Gisondo, Loretta Devine, Laura Harrier, Rosalind Chao, and Kimberly Quinn. He was awarded a Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting in 2002 for the screenplay ''Moon of Popping Trees''. The ''Moon of Popping Trees'' screenplay was adapted into ''Dead For a Dollar'', an upcoming American Western thriller film directed by Walter Hill. ''The Starling'' is a 2021 American fantasy comedy-drama film directed by Theodore Melfi and written by Matt Harris. Kimberly Pita Quinn is an American actress, writer and film producer. She made her film debut playing a leading role and co-writing in the 1999 independent drama film '' Winding Roads''. ''Crashletes'' is an American sports television program that premiered on Nickelodeon on July 5, 2016. The program is hosted by Rob Gronkowski, Brandon Broady, and Stevie Nelson. The Don and Gee Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting is a fellowship program founded in 1986 to aid screenwriters. It is administered by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
