Mark Pederson
Mark Patrick Pederson (born January 14, 1968) is a Canadians, Canadian ice hockey coach and former professional ice hockey Winger (ice hockey), left winger who played 169 games in the National Hockey League, NHL. He is currently serving as head coach of German side Augsburger Panther since 2021. Pederson was born in Prelate, Saskatchewan, but grew up in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Playing career Pederson was drafted 15th overall by the Canadiens in the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. He spent played five seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Montreal Canadiens, Philadelphia Flyers, San Jose Sharks and Detroit Red Wings from 1989–90 NHL season, 1989–90 until 1993–94 NHL season, 1993–94. Winger (ice Hockey)
Winger, in the game of ice hockey, is a forward position of a player whose primary zone of play is along the outer playing areas. They typically flank the centre forward. Originally the name was given to forward players who went up and down the sides of the rink. Wingers generally have the least defensive responsibilities out of any position on the ice, however they are still tasked with defensive duties such as forechecking duties or covering the point in the defensive zone. Nowadays, there are different types of wingers in the game — out-and-out goal scorers, checkers who disrupt the opponents, and forwards who work along the boards and in the corners. Hannover Scorpions
The Hannover Scorpions are a professional ice hockey team, which plays in the Oberliga, Germany's third tier ice hockey league. They previously played in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga from 1996 to 2013. History Founded in 1975 as ESC Wedemark, the team was renamed Wedemark Scorpions in their first DEL season in 1996 after the rock band Scorpions, who also call Hanover, Lower Saxony their home. Marty Raymond
Marty Raymond (born October 2, 1964) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. Raymond is the current head coach for the Cotter Schools Rambler boys hockey program, scheduled to compete in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) in 2020-21. Raymond has served as head coach of the Hungarian club SAPA Fehérvár AV19 in the Austrian Hockey League. Prior to joining SAPA Fehérvár AV19 during the 2013 off season, he spent two seasons coaching KHL Medveščak, another EBEL club. Raymond was the long-time coach of the ECHL's Bakersfield Condors. The Esbjerg Energy is a Danish professional ice hockey team based in Esbjerg, Denmark, playing in the Metal Ligaen, the top tier of Danish ice hockey. The Tilburg Trappers are a professional ice hockey club based in Tilburg, The Netherlands. They previously played in the highest level ice hockey league in the country, but have been playing in the German Oberliga Nord since the 2015-16 season. Founded on 21 October 1938, they were officially recognised by the National Federation on 18 January 1939. The Bakersfield Condors were a minor league ice hockey team based in Bakersfield, California in the Pacific Division of the ECHL's Western Conference. The Condors played home games at Rabobank Arena. History Originally known as the "Bakersfield Fog", the team was founded in 1995 as a charter member of the West Coast Hockey League. They replaced the Bakersfield Oilers of the Pacific Southwest Hockey League when that league folded in 1994. The team became the "Condors" in 1998 when it moved into the new Centennial Garden.
