Mario Yagobi
Mario Yagubi is an American medical doctor and restaurateur who was the president and CEO of Boxing 360, a boxing promotional group located in New York City, United States, founded in 2009. Boxing 360 Yagobi's boxing outfit managed and promoted the career of a number professional fighters, primarily located in the New York City area or relocated to New York City under his guidance. On September 10, 2011, Yagobi promoted his first world champion, Amanda Serrano, to the International Boxing Federation's female version of the super featherweight world title, in the main event of a special September 11 attacks boxing tribute card held at Aviator Arena in Brooklyn. Amanda Serrano (born October 9, 1988) is a Puerto Rican professional boxer, mixed martial artist and professional wrestler. As a boxer, she is the unified featherweight world champion, having held the WBO title since 2019 and the WBC and IBO titles since 2021. She is the only female, and Puerto Rican, to win world titles in more than four weight classes, and holds the Guinness World Record for the most boxing world championships won in different weight-classes by a female, having held 9 major world titles across seven different weight classes.Serrano has won titles at super flyweight, bantamweight, super bantamweight, featherweight, super featherweight, lightweight and light welterweight. Aviator Arena
Aviator Sports and Events Center is a sports and events center in Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, New York City. Operating as a concessionaire of National Park Service, Aviator has refurbished four historic aircraft hangars and surrounding grounds in partnership with the NPS. The area includes 175,000 square feet of indoor sports and event space along with adjoining outdoor turf fields and free parking for 2,000 cars. Aviator provides a variety of sports and leagues play including basketball, football, gymnastics, ice hockey, ice skating, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball. Activities such as parties, field trips, camps, and birthday celebrations are held at the facility. The NPS and Aviator formed a partnership in 2003, and the facility opened in 2006.
