Malik Saad
Malik Muhammad Saad Khan Shaheed (19 May 1959 – 27 January 2007), was one-star rank senior police officer, engineer, and former Chief Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) of Peshawar, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan. He was in charge of security in the provincial capital of Peshawar. He was killed in a suicide bomb attack while on duty reviewing security arrangements during a Shia procession during the Islamic month of Muharram in January 2007. Death and legacy Still young Malik Saad was martyred in a suicide attack on 27 January 2007. His funeral was attended by over 200,000 people and his legacy remains an integral part of the history of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province and the Civil Services of Pakistan. Kohat
Kohat ( ps, کوهاټ; ur, ) is a city that serves as the capital of the Kohat District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is regarded as a centre of the Bangash tribe of Pashtuns, who have lived in the region since the late 15th century. Additional Inspector General of Police Safwat Ghayur (14 July 1959 – 4 August 2010) was a senior two-star police officer serving in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan as commandant of the Frontier Constabulary. He was a respected police officer, and a leader in the country's fight against terrorism, he was martyred in a suicide attack by the Pakistani Taliban. Tahir Dawar
Mohammad Tahir Khan Dawar ( ur, طاہر داوڑ; ps, طاهر داوړ) was a Pakistani police officer and Pashto poet who was abducted from Islamabad on October 26, 2018 and then tortured and killed. His body was found on November 13, 2018 by the locals in the Dur Baba District of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, close to the Torkham border crossing. His postmortem report revealed he had no marks of bullet injury, but was rather killed by excessive torture during captivity. He was kept hungry and thirsty for several days, and his legs and arms were broken. He had died a few days before his body was found.
