Murad Hasan
Murad Hasan (born 10 October 1974) is a Awami League politician and former Jatiya Sangsad member from Jamalpur-4 constituency and a former State Minister of Information served during 2019–2021. Background and education Hasan is a son of Motiyar Rahman Talukdar who was one of the organizers of 1971 Liberation War, the temporary justice of Mujibnagar government and the president of Jamalpur District Awami League and District Lawyers Association. Hasan passed SSC from Jamalpur Zila School in 1990, HSC from Notre Dame College in 1992 and MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College in 2001. Career Hasan was elected to parliament in 2008 from Jamalpur-4 as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate. He took the office of state minister of information on 20 May 2019. He has been the State Minister of Health and Family Welfare Ministry in the 2018 cabinet and served as the State Minister of Information Ministry of the Bangladesh Government. RTV () is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language satellite and cable television channel owned by Bengal Media Corporation, previously known as National Television Limited., The Bangladesh Observer, 11 November 2005. In Bangladeshi humour and popular culture, ''Murad Takla'' () refers to someone who writes Bengali words using the Latin script in a bizarre or unorthodox fashion, which unintentionally produces a distorted meaning. The phrase originated in the 2010s. History A Facebook comment posted on 14 July 2012 was the origin of ''Murad Takla''. In the comment, a commenter told the other commenter to speak with logic. He asked why the person had a lame profile picture, and told him to learn before speaking. The screenshot of the comment went viral on Facebook because of its unintentional humour: The commenter wrote ''Murad Takla'' ("''Murod thakle''" in Banglish) which was intended to mean "if you have courage", but its pronunciation simply means "a bald person named Murad". Tarique Rahman
Tarique Rahman (born 20 November 1965), better known natively as Tarique Zia, is a Bangladeshi politician and businessman who has been the acting chairman of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) since February 2018. He is the eldest son of former Bangladeshi President of Bangladesh, president Ziaur Rahman and the first female prime minister of Bangladesh, Khaleda Zia. He is also the publisher of Daily Dinkal. Tarique is often described as the de facto leader of the opposition in Bangladesh.
